Before Fellow Barber Co., Came Loyalty Barber Shop VII

In 2013, in the heart of Framingham, Massachusetts, a vision became reality as Loyalty Barber Shop VII first opened its doors. At the time, it was the first of its kind in the area—a family-friendly barbershop blending rustic charm with modern technology. We brought big-city style haircuts right into the neighborhood, offering the latest trends with hometown hospitality. More importantly, we introduced something the industry desperately needed: professionalism, dependability, and exceptional customer service.

With just $15,000—every dollar we had in savings—we launched Loyalty Barber Shop VII on July 26, 2013. The foundation was built on a simple but powerful belief: loyalty is essential in both life and business. We believed in loyalty to our clients, our community, and our team. That belief was the backbone of a sustainable, reputable, and impactful business.

Thanks to hard work, faith, and a commitment to quality, Loyalty expanded from just two chairs to a bustling six-chair barbershop. At its peak, we were serving an average of 80 clients a day and generating nearly $1 million in annual revenue. In 2022, we sold the shop to Devon and Bethany Seymour, who continue to carry the torch as Loyalty celebrates its 12th anniversary this July. The shop remains open and continues to operate under the same name in Framingham, Massachusetts.

Fellow Barber Co. was born from the same founding vision, but it is an entirely new shop located in Sarasota, Florida. While both shops share a common founder, they are completely separate businesses with distinct identities. Fellow was created to carry forward the values of community, excellence, and personal growth—this time in a new state and a new season of life.
